Good questions before you book.
Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?
Wild animals keep their own schedule, but we spot dolphins on about 98% of trips. If your tour comes back without a single sighting, you ride again free.
Where does the boat leave from?
Lazaretto Creek Marina at the base of the Lazaretto Creek Bridge, about 5 minutes from the Tybee pier. Free parking, and we text you a map pin the morning of your tour.
Is the tour good for young kids and grandparents?
Yes. The catamaran is wide and stable with shaded seating, a real restroom, and easy dock boarding. Kids 2 and under ride free on a parent's lap.
What happens if the weather turns?
Your captain makes the call for safety. If we cancel, you choose a new date or a full refund, no questions asked. Light rain usually means we still run, and dolphins love it.
What should we bring?
Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat that stays on, and a phone or camera. We keep cold water and a cooler on board; you're welcome to bring snacks and drinks (no glass).
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations 24 hours or more before departure. Inside 24 hours, we'll happily rebook you for another day.
